USER AGREEMENT
By accessing AyurShop.com, you enter into the user agreement on the terms and conditions set out below. This Agreement is for an indefinite term. Subject to the terms contained herein, either party can terminate this agreement for any reason provided that such termination shall be conditional upon, including but not limited to, discharge of all contractual and statutory obligations. MEMBERS PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. AyurShop.com will not give out your telephone number or E-mail address, except where needed to deliver a product or service you ordered. In other words, we will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission. This information is collected primarily to ensure that we are able to fulfill your requirements and deliver the required materials promptly. We may occasionally update you via E-mail of special new product arrivals, features or schemes on our site. You get automatically enrolled for our newsletter upon registration. INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION
Right of membership reserved with AyurShop.com - Any signup member can be rejected without assigning any reason whatsoever. Membership at AyurShop.com is a privilege and not a right. You must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the Signup Form and to maintain and update your registration information as necessary to keep it current, complete and accurate. You then will choose a password and a login name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We may terminate your access, or suspend your access to all or part of the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a third-party Provider, Merchant, Sponsor, Licensor, service provider, or us.

Because customer service is paramount to our business, we reserve the right to refuse to sell products to you if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell the products (except in cases of proper Trade Enquiries). In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased by each customer.

PRODUCT LIST, PURCHASE ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TERMS
The number of products information available on the website does not in any way represent their availability, existence or correctness. While complete care is taken to have the authentic information, the data collected from the product companies is liable to change without immediate information. Confirmation of a purchase order on AyurShop.com is intent to purchase the selected items by the member. However, AyurShop.com has the right to reconfirm the purchase order before supply.
Delivery of products is scheduled for the next working day for all purchase orders received by 19:00 hrs on the previous day. Complete care will be taken to deliver the ordered materials as per schedule. No claims will be entertained for late deliveries. However, AyurShop.com has the right to accept or deny the deliveries of a purchase order without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of non-availability of products AyurShop.com has the right to offer alternatives or cancel the item from the purchase order.

YOUR CONDUCT
Any conduct by you that in our sole discretion restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site or chat room will not be permitted. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. INDIAN LAW
The Laws of India shall govern the Agreement. The Courts of law at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.
