| Very Simple. First of all, you have to Signup with us for membership which is absolutely free. All you need to do after that is Login using your ID, search the products you need, add them to your shopping cart & confirm your order. |
| How do I pay for the products purchased online? |
| By Cash, On Door Delivery in Bangalore & Chikmagalur. By DD for the rest of India. Outside India Payments can be transfered to us electronically. Payment through Credit Card will be enabled soon. |
| What currencies do you accept? |
| All amounts mentioned on the website are in Indian Rupees for the Indian Market only. Payments other currency will be decided on case to case basis. |
| Can I make a purchase if I do not own a Credit Card? |
| Yes! You do not need a credit card to purchase from our site! We accept cash on delivery, Demand Drafts or Electronic Transfer as the only medium of payment at the moment. |
| Are there any delivery or shipping charges? |
| For purchases within Bangalore & Chikmagalur made below Rs. 300/- there is a delivery charge of Rs. 15/- only. For a billing above Rs. 300/- the door delivery is free! For the rest of India, delivery & shipping charges will be indicated in their confirmation e-mail sent by us. For orders from outside India payments will be on case to case basis. |

| When will the products be delivered to my doorstep? |
| All the purchase orders received until 7:00 PM on a day will be delivered on the next day including Sundays. For deliveries outside India, the products will be shipped on receipt of payment. |
| How do I know that the products received by me are genuine? |
| All the products sold by AyurShop.com are purchased directly from the manufacturing company or from their authorised outlets only. In the event of doubt, the customer is free to contact the respective product companies. The address of all companies whose products we are selling are available here for your convenience. |
